Harper Junior High, 4000 E. Covell Blvd., Davis, CA 95618

WHEN:   Six-week courses: June 19 to July 27. Classes meet 5 days a week.

Three-Week Sessions:

Session 1: June 19 to July 7

Session 2: July 10 to July 27

No school Monday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday

All classes will be held according to the following schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.

The DJUSD Summer School model is designed to develop crucial skills and content knowledge necessary to meet minimum standards.  Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate proficiency to a C level at (or by) the end of the second week of summer school. If your student has mastered the course content to a C level AND has attended all of the first two weeks of summer school, they will have the option to be released from summer school early.  Students will also have the option to stay the entire length and dive deeper into the course material to earn a higher grade.

Nutrition break is from 10:15 a.m. - 10:35 a.m.

Students are welcome to bring a lunch from home or eat at the cafeteria.

Breakfast will also be served prior to 8:00 a.m.

Food deliveries to campus are not allowed.

Summer school is a closed campus at all times.
