Genetic Science Learning Center Outstanding Flash animation and well-done commentary.  The animations would be extremely useful in instruction.  This site would lend itself to being a resource in a Webquest, or any independent review or original learning activity.
Get Body Smart University professor Scott Sheffield's work-in-progress to illustrate anatomy using FLASH animation techniques.

Khan Academy 2700 FREE lesson videos in math and science
