Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance & Operations department provides maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial and field services at district locations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.  The department provides maintenance of all district buildings, systems and related equipment.  This includes not only routine maintenance, but also preventive and deferred maintenance services to maximize the useful life of district facilities.  The department maintains all district grounds and athletic fields.  The custodial staff provides housekeeping and support services at all district locations.  Central receiving, mail distribution, and document reproduction are also provided within the department.  Additional areas of support include vehicle and equipment maintenance, surplus equipment disposal, Integrated Pest Management and purchasing support.
