Supplemental Education Services (SES)

Parents:

The first round of SES applications were due on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the Montgomery Elementary School Office. Parents of Montgomery students who are eligible to receive Supplemental Educational Services have been given SES program information and applications by their classroom teachers.  Montgomery parents are encouraged to contact Principal Sally Plicka or Montgomery teacher Meredith Gilbert if they have questions about SES.  The SES Parent Information Night was held on Monday, October 17th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in the Montgomery cafeteria.

The second round of SES applications were due on January 10, 2012.  Distribution of information about Montgomery's SES Program was assisted by the MME Bridge Program.  SES parents with concerns about their child's tutoring are encouraged to contact Juliana Ramirez in the Montgomery school office, (530) 759-2011, or via email to Ms. Ramirez.  She is available to provide bilingual assistance to MME families.

The following documents will assist parents whose children are eligible for Supplemental Educational Services:

SES Providers:

SES providers that met all the SES application deadlines established by Davis Joint Unified School District will be included in the district’s list of eligible DJUSD SES Providers. These companies will be advertised to parents in the 2011-12 Descriptions of DJUSD SES Providers. The Davis school district is no longer accepting new applications to provide SES tutoring services. The SES documents below are posted for the convenience of DJUSD’s approved SES providers.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Kitty Hudson Cawley at  khudson@djusd.net.

To Reserve Facilities:

If your SES tutors plan to use school facilities for tutoring sessions, you will need to submit a DJUSD Facilities Use Form to Tara Salaices as noted on the form. Contact and fax information for Ms. Salaices can be found on the Building and District Facilities Forms webpage.
