Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal

 

The District is continuing to find ways to improve communications and access to information. For DJUSD staff, this includes easy self-service tools to better keep everyone informed and up to date on personnel and payroll information.

The DJUSD Employee Self Service portal is an exciting new tool available to all DJUSD employees and will allow you to view your current leave balances (e.g., sick, personal, and vacation), pay stubs, W-2s, and demographic information.

How do I reset my ESS password?
Employees should email Audrey Madden in Business Services to request their password to be reset by YCOE. 

Where do I see my annual pay information?

Once signed in to your portal, navigate to the "POSITIONS" tab, and then change the drop-down to say "SALARY PLACEMENT". 

How do I update my address?

Employees can update their address with Personnel Services by completing a Address change form:
Certificated Employee Address Change Request
Classified Employee Address Change Request

Please allow 5-7 business days for this form to be processed and the new address to be reflected in your Portal.

How do I update other personal information that's incorrect?

Employees can update information such as emergency contact info, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses by completing the Personal Information Change Request form.

What do I need to do when I receive an Error that stats "District 7 is disabled for this user"?

When logging in make sure the District number is listed as District 2.
