Step 1: Complete Pre-Enrollment


Pre-enrollment is an online process only and is step one in the enrollment process for students who are new to the Davis Joint Unified School District (DJUSD). If your child has ever been enrolled in DJUSD, STOP. Do not complete pre-enrollment; instead, you must must complete the Returning Enrollment form (Spanish).

enrollment@djusd.netYou may also go to the DJUSD District Office at 526 B Street to register in-person.  The District Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

If you do not have a current address in DAVIS- STOP.  Do not complete Pre-Enrollment.  You must complete an Inter-district Transfer request at your home district office and wait for approval notification from DJUSD.

After completing online Pre-Enrollment, the legal parent/guardian needs to submit, print and sign the Pre-enrollment Confirmation document.  This document and all DJUSD Required Registration Documents (available online) need to be emailed to Enrollment Specialist, Korlyn Gibson at [email protected]Enrollment packets may also be dropped off at the District Office (526 B St) during regular business hours or by using the secure mailbox at the main entrance.

Students are enrolled in schools based on their home address and space availability. The DJUSD School Locator  will indicate the neighborhood school for Davis addresses. For information about transferring to a different school, please visit the Intra-district and Inter-district Transfer Page.

Once a student is enrolled, the legal parents/guardians will receive a pin and password and must complete Online Re-Enrollment before the student may start school.  This re-enrollment process will recur every year before school begins.
