Step 1: Complete Pre-Enrollment

 

Pre-enrollment is the first step in the enrollment process for students who are new to the Davis Joint Unified School District (DJUSD). If your child was previously enrolled in DJUSD, STOP. You may not use pre-enrollment.  You must email the District Enrollment Specialist, Korlyn Gibson at kgibson@djusd.net or enrollment@djusd.net You may go to the DJUSD District Office at 526 B Street  to register in-person.  The District Office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.


If you do not have a current address in DAVIS- STOP.  Do not complete Pre-Enrollment.  You must complete an Interdistrict Transfer request or wait to Pre-Enroll when you have a local address.

Pre-enrollment occurs throughout the school year when a student is going to begin attending a DJUSD school. 

After completing Pre-Enrollment online, legal parents/guardians need to print the Pre-enrollment Confirmation document and all DJUSD Required Registration Documents (available online).   Email a complete enrollment packet to District Enrollment Specialist, Korlyn Gibson at kgibson@djusd.net or enrollment@djusd.netEnrollment packets may also be dropped off at the District Office (526 B St) during regular business hours or by using the secure mailbox at the main entrance.

Students are enrolled in schools based on their home address. The DJUSD School Locator  will indicate the neighborhood school for Davis addresses. For information about transferring to a different school, please visit the Intradistrict and Interdistrict Transfer Page.

Students will be enrolled in the District once. The legal parents/guardians will receive a pin/password and complete online re-enrollment annually. This re-enrollment process will recur every year before school begins.
