Peachjar - Digital Flyer Approval and Distribution

As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have moved away from distributing paper copies and are only distributing flyers digitally using a flyer delivery service called Peachjar.com. Digital flyers submitted to the District will now be emailed directly to parents’ inboxes, as well as posted online for easy access. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed within the schools.

We review and send-out approved flyers on a weekly basis, every Friday morning.

Peachjar Information for Parents
District-approved eflyers will be emailed directly to you. Additionally, you can view these eflyers by clicking the Peachjar button on your school’s website.

How Do I Receive eFlyers?
As a DJUSD Parent, no action is required on your part. Once a flyer is posted to the DJUSD Peachjar site, parents can view the flyer through the Peachjar link on each individual school’s web page. Additionally, flyers will be delivered to all parents' emails as an embedded image, not a link. This means parents will immediately see the flyer. If you wish to manage your notification settings, you can register a user account with Peachjar.com; however, you do not need to login to receive or view school eflyers.

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add “[email protected]” to your email contacts. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

Privacy Protected
This system will be used exclusively for distribution of district- and school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.

Peachjar Information for Community Partners
The paper flyers we once sent home for you are now sent electronically. This "Go Green" initiative saves reams of paper each year. Additionally, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers and office staff.

Peachjar is free for our schools to post school-run programs and events. Outside community partners (who are not school-connected organizations) may pay a small service fee to post and distribute digital flyers for advertising for-fee events or services pertinent to students’ interests or involvement--typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. If what you are promoting is free and directly benefits students, then you may be eligible to have charges removed. Please contact [email protected] for more information on this. All flyers are approved by DJUSD in advance of distribution.

Peachjar manages this service on behalf of our school district using the latest electronic communication technology. Once your flyer is posted to our Peachjar site, parents can view your flyer online. Additionally, your flyer will be delivered via email to all parents. This means parents will immediately see your flyer and be able to click through to your website. Watch a video for Community Partners.

Thank you for your interest in DJUSD's flyer approval process!
