Adult and Community Education

Davis Adult and Community Education provides educational opportunities for adults and teens who have not completed their high school education or who wish to take personal enrichment courses.

High School Diploma
Students will be provided individual instruction in the necessary course work for obtaining a high school diploma. Students may register throughout the school year. Students between the ages of 18-19 must also pass 20 credits of Physical Education. Students who are 20 years or older are exempt from P.E. requirements.
English as a Second Language
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes provide students with an opportunity to increase their use and understanding of everyday American English. All levels are conversational and include speaking, grammar, listening comprehension, and vocabulary development.
Parent Education
The Davis Parent Nursery School is a non-profit parent cooperative preschool operated in association with Davis Adult and Community Education. At DPNS, parents acquire knowledge about effective parenting skills while experiencing the joy of being involved in their child’s education.
