Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Staff Group

Staff are invited to participate in a biweekly group facilitated by an EAP mental health clinician. The group offers an opportunity to process and share challenges, successes, coping strategies and approaches for optimizing wellness and a healthy work-life balance. This is a confidential group - what is shared in the group stays in the group in order for all to feel comfortable sharing openly.

The group will typically meet every Thursday (when we are in session) from 3:45 - 4:45 p.m. Folks are welcome to attend one time, all of the time or anything in between. No registration is required.
