Davis Senior High School Aquatic Center

Introduction

The DJUSD Bond Program included the construction of a new Aquatic Center for Davis Senior High School (DSHS).

Scope of Work

The DSHS Aquatic Center was constructed adjacent to the New Gym. This project required the removal of eight to ten classrooms and a realignment of the existing fire lane just south of the baseball field. The new classrooms were constructed inside the new STEM Building and now accommodates for more than the loss of classrooms resulting from the Aquatic Center project.

The Aquatic Center design includes:

Location immediately east of large gym
25 yard x 50 meter pool
17 lanes
Two - 1 meter diving boards
Space for two regulation floating goal water polo courses
Changing rooms, restrooms, equipment room, deck space, spectator space

Project Status: COMPLETE
